Return and Refund Policy

Return Period: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item is in the same condition as when you received it (unused, unworn, and with all original packaging).
  2. All parts and components are included.
  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be cleaned thoroughly before initiating a return.
  4. The product is defective upon receipt.

Return Process: To start a return, please email us at support@amgadgets.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (in case of damage)
  • Customer’s full name and address

Once we have received your email and reviewed your return request, we will provide you with the return address. Returns must be shipped to the address we provide. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. If the item is lost during the return shipping process, you are responsible for the loss.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you if your return has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases If you have any questions about the eligibility of a product for return, please contact us.

Cancellation Rights: If you wish to cancel an order, please note that once the goods are in transit, cancellation is not possible. If the goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse, you must wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return. For cancellations before the goods are dispatched, please notify us via email as soon as possible.

Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will process your refund within 14 days of cancellation. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

Delivery Delays: As we source products internationally, particularly from Asia, please be aware that there may be delays in shipping that are beyond our control. If your order is in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive the product, at which point you can return it according to our return policy.

Central Warehouse Returns: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse located in Asia, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Guarantee: We guarantee a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • The package is lost
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The item has not been delivered within 30 days
